Terms and Conditions

PROJECTED DELIVERY DATES 

The first month is the launch period for our kickoff meeting, profile makeover, Sales Navigator segmentation, editorial planning, and profile launch which is targeted at approximately 15 days. In the instance where there are LinkedIn publications being produced, the first publications will be published approximately 30 days from the date of the kickoff meeting.

CLIENT INVOLVEMENT

Ongoing LinkedIn marketing requires a client representative to dedicate time to providing resources and timely approvals from within the organization, as well as to follow up in conversations with their new LI business relationships.

APPROVALS

Client will be required to approve any marketing communications before AB can publish profile changes, publications, or additional content. Each program includes up to two rounds of revisions and no content or assets will be distributed without written client approval.

CREATIVE OWNERSHIP

Client owns the rights and exclusive worldwide use of any materials or content developed during the course of this agreement. AB agrees to use the materials or content for demonstration purposes only and not for resale to any other entity.

MUTUAL INDEMNIFICATION

Each party shall defend indemnify and hold harmless the other party, including affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors,  shareholders, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns as from and against all claims of third parties, and all associated losses.

FIXED FEE RETAINER

Client agrees to retain and pay AB on a regularly scheduled monthly basis, regardless of client delays or skipped LinkedIn publications.

MARKETING SERVICES

AB provides marketing services on client’s behalf. Our role is to create more consistent communication, increased visibility, and customer interactions. Client is responsible for the sales and revenue-related results of these services within client’s own company.

DURATION

After the initial 90 days of service either party reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time with a 30-day written notice. During the cancellation period AB will be winding down the client’s programs using any of the already produced content and transferring all materials, lists, content, and other digital assets back to client.

BILLING & PAYMENT

Production services commence from the date of the signed order form. Our A/P department will send you a link for the initial payment, billing will be monthly. Client will be provided several payment options through an email link, including credit card, ACH, and direct invoicing.
